House Takeover
The house is taken over independently, which means that no one is present at the takeover. For groups and schoolclasses that have rented the house for longer than a weekend, the handover is made to responsible of the group or schoolclass. For individuals and short stayers, we count on the sportsmanship of the tenants. The house can be taken over or must be left at the following times:
Leaving: at 10:00 a.m.
Takeover: 14:00 afternoon
Attention: The access to the house by car can be restricted in winter between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (bareer on Hornbergstrasse)!
Rental periods
During winter time, the house is rented regularly. For school classes (skicamps), the following is determined:
Stay: Monday - Saturday (leaving at 10:00 a.m. at latest). No reduction of price when departure is earlier.
Rental of the whole house inclusive final cleaning: CHF 1'300 excl. visitor's tax and rubbish bags.

During summer time, the rental is not tied to any periods. The house can be booked as desired.
